What personal data do we collect from you?
Personal data you provide to us when using the App includes all personally identifiable information (PII) and data that directly or indirectly identifies you such as your name, email address, phone number and location data. You control how much information you provide to us. When first using the App, you are prompted to provide us access to your Facebook profile. You can choose if and what specific information you provide through the data connection to Facebook. This information may include your name, email, interests, social connections and additional information available on Facebook. You might also be able to enhance this information on the App. Doing so is at your own personal discretion and is not explicitly required for your continued use of the App. We collect limited location data from you through your use of the App. In addition, we may also track your usage of the App for statistical and research purposes.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide you with basic information about other users using the App and in turn provide your information to other users;
To provide location-specific information and the ability to chat with other users on the App;
For analytics and market research purposes to improve our services and to develop new products and services;
Processing complaints, handling disputes, performing audits and meeting statutory requirements.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Our principle is that we only share the data that you have given us explicit permission to share with other users of the App to the extent of the main use-case of the App - discovery of other users nearby and ability to establish communication with them. We never share your personal data with other third parties.
Other third parties:
We may provide your personal data to third parties in order to meet a legal obligation or court order. When transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area we enter into EU Standard Contractual Clauses to comply with our legal obligations.
In addition, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar events, any information in our possession may be transferred to our successor.

In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, we have taken adequate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the security of your personal information. We store the personal information that we process on a secure database that is protected by technical access controls. What are your rights?
You may request to review, change or remove your personal data which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. You can submit such substantiated request – including your full name – to us per email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within thirty (30) business days after receipt of a request to review, change or remove your personal data.
